Secret Science

Since the Age of Enlightenment humanity has relied upon reason, mathematics, empirical evidence, and the scientific method. This formed a worldview, scientific materialism, which posits that reality is comprised only of matter and energy and governed by physical laws. Note that this worldview precluded any metaphysical or religious explanations for existence, with the universe structured as a rather indifferent machine. With each passing century this worldview hardened. Science is nearly sacrosanct, the arbiter of truth and master of progress, intolerant of any divergences.  Moreover, as brilliantly elucidated by Thomas Kuhn in his book The Structure of Scientific Revolutions, science replaced itself over time with new experimental results and ever evolving theories.¹ As the science changed, so did the worldview, which Kuhn termed a paradigm. These paradigms only discharged each other after much debate and often animosity, their inevitable incommensurability ensuring eventual overthrow, the endless pursuit of truth paramount to the enterprise. Science therefore had a mechanism enabling progress, its engine reinforcing legitimacy while maintaining dominance. Yet, it was assumed by both vanguards (new paradigm) and defenders (old paradigm) that no science existed anywhere else that was more informed or advanced.

As we will see, that is no longer the case.

The Challenge to Science and Scientific Materialism

We live in an interesting time. The pillars of knowledge are beginning to crumble. One of the staples of the scientific method, known as reductionism, the belief that things can be understood by simply reducing them to their constituent parts, led to Quantum Mechanics, the study of matter and energy at the atomic and sub-atomic level. It was here that science got upended. Quantum experimentation demonstrates that Consciousness is foundational (not originating from a physical brain), everything is potentially interconnected (quantum entanglement), the past, present, and future exist concurrently (delayed choice and quantum eraser experiments), and particles can materialize and dematerialize at will (quantum tunneling). In fact, quantum physics is so counterintuitive it defies explanation, a revolution in thought. Moreover, since everything in the universe is made of atoms, quantum physics is the gateway to truth. This is the realm where breakthroughs happen, forming the next worldview. To a significant extent then human progress is inexorably linked to our understanding of the quantum realm, toward the immaterial elements of reality and away from an exclusionary physicalism. We exist in paradigmal upheaval, just as Kuhn predicted.

Perhaps the biggest challenge to scientific materialism comes from foundational Mind. Nothing is more essential or causative of being than Consciousness. Max Planck, the Nobel Prize–winning physicist and father of quantum theory, stated it emphatically: “I regard Consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derivative from Consciousness. We cannot get behind Consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates Consciousness.”² Thus, the supremacy of Consciousness necessitates a restructuring of our conceptual foundations since our worldview is flawed. Consider the following organization of reality according to scientific materialism:

• Big Bang creates the universe.
• Matter appears, governed by fundamental laws.
• Galaxies form, filled with billions of stars and planets.
• Time passes.
• On some of these planets, life happens. Evolution begins.
• On Earth, after billions of years of evolution, humans emerge.
• Humans, having a highly advanced brain, develop Consciousness.
• Consciousness is thus born of Materialism.

This framework reigned until the arrival of Quantum Mechanics. What replaces physicalism is a revolution. Consider the correct framework:

• Matter doesn’t exist without Mind observing it.
• The history of antecedental observation mandates a First Mind.
• First Mind brings the universe into existence.
• Mind therefore precedes the Big Bang and all physical processes.
• Humans have Consciousness as a derivative of First Mind, not because of a physical   brain.
• Thus, Materialism doesn’t cause Consciousness, rather Consciousness causes Materialism.

Once foundational Mind is accepted, base physicalism becomes untenable since Consciousness is immaterial. It is not a physical thing. Modern science is based on  inherent physicalness, and if the foundations of reality are non-physical, the basis of reality changes. Consciousness becomes a fundamental force of nature, like gravity, transforming quantum potential into physical actuality. Simply, Mind makes things real, for without Mind nothing exists. Moreover, the inherent ethereality of existence also implies a spiritual essence to nature, previously considered scientifically absurd or desperately pseudoscientific. Yet, once Mind and Spirit are confirmed as foundational, the fundamentals of human experience morph into a larger discussion about the nature of reality and our place within it. That brings us to metaphysics.

Human history is filled with metaphysical accounts. Intuition, numinous dreams, visions, synchronicity, near death experiences, astral projection, out of body experiences, and remote viewing all suggest an immaterial essence to nature. Each is widely reported and inherently global; every culture, race, ethnicity, religion, and tradition has experiencers of the metaphysical. Together, these metaphysical aspects transcend everyday experience, offering a glimpse into something much larger and grander. Their mere existence proves a greater totality, certainly more than what mainstream science suggests. This grander reality includes previously discredited subjects like telepathy, reincarnation, supernaturalism, and extraterrestrial visitation.     

Upon further examination, many of these metaphysical aspects appear to serve a “management” function, guiding humanity past whatever physical processes define our experience. Thus, determinism is supplanted by indeterminism, as metaphysical experiences do not result from cause and effect, rather from amorphous acausal connections. These connections defy known scientific boundaries. Moreover, they are filled with intention. This intention is problematic for scientific orthodoxy since it suggests orchestration from some higher power or realm, connoting a teleological universe filled with purpose. Such a universe includes various beings like humans,  extraterrestrials, interdimensionals, and spiritual entities and both physical and metaphysical aspects of existence. 

For our study here, we should remember that not only is the metaphysical real, but likely exploitable. Logically, every advanced civilization would discover it and then desire to know its secrets. Humanity is just beginning to comprehend metaphysical aspects of reality and scientifically accept them, extending the boundaries as it were, but extraterrestrial civilizations have likely not only grasped the quantum and  metaphysical but mastered them. In fact, the immaterial foundations of the universe probably form the bulk of extraterrestrial science, with the limitations of a physicalist worldview much in their past.   

The UFO Phenomenon

Humans have been observing strange things in the sky since we first wandered the Earth. As we will discover, the UFO Phenomenon (unidentified flying object, sometimes referred to as UAP or unidentified anomalous phenomena) is intricate, exhibiting material and immaterial characteristics, and is both reticent and powerful. It contradicts consensus reality and is the greatest unofficially recognized enigma of existence. Nonetheless, it is studied by scientists, academics, intelligence agencies, the military, nongovernmental organizations, defense contractors, technology companies, and individual investigators. Typically, however, the subject is ignored by mainstream media, religion, academia, and the culture at large; it takes courage to pursue the UFO Phenomenon and advocates are often derided because the concept conflicts with accepted wisdom and governmental pronouncements. We must remember that paradigms die slowly, especially one relegating humanity to secondary status. 

The attributes of a UFO or UAP are astounding. Consider the following characteristics cited by a high-ranking government official and known as these five observables:

1. Anti-Gravity Lift – . . . overcoming the earth’s gravity with no visible means of propulsion. . . .
2. Sudden and Instantaneous Acceleration – The objects may accelerate or change direction so quickly that no human pilot could survive the g-forces. . . .
3. Hypersonic Velocities without Signatures – If an aircraft travels faster than the speed of sound, it typically leaves “signatures,” like vapor trails and sonic booms. . . .
4. Low Observability, or Cloaking – Even when objects are observed, getting a clear and detailed view of them . . . remains difficult. . . .
5. Trans-Medium Travel – Some UAP have been seen moving easily in and between different environments, such as space, the earth’s atmosphere and even water.³

One of the more bizarre aspects of the UFO phenomenon concerns its ability to effect both physical reality and apparent spacetime. This is noted by a number of prominent UFO researchers, including Jacques Vallée and Jenny Randles.4 For example, witnesses often have a portent that something is about to happen, and their eyes are directed upward to notice the UFO. Randles termed this the “Oz Factor.” Remarkably, individuals in the surrounding area (who should see something) often report observing nothing, yet the witnesses in closer proximity observe the craft. Thus, it appears that there is a “sphere of effect” proximate to the UFO. Likely this is caused by either a physical force or a mental projection. In short, does the UFO actually customize the physical environment or insert the image of itself into the mind of the witness? If the former, the UFO has an incredible ability to manipulate the material realm, and if the latter, it has the power to shape the Consciousness of the experiencer. In either case, it exhibits capabilities far surpassing those of human beings.

We can further examine this point to reveal its potential quantum origins. Somehow, the UFO phenomenon is able to connect to the minds of observers while leaving other potential witnesses unaffected. Those under the “sphere of effect” often report telepathic communication with those near them and that time ceases to exist. The UFO controls the situation and secludes the witnesses it prefers. Yet there is often physical evidence of the UFO that suggests it appears in the material realm, not just in the minds of observers. So it follows that the UFO is physically manifest and that part of its reality is its ability to connect to the Consciousness of the observer. This connection to Consciousness through observation sounds incredibly similar to the findings of the famous quantum Double Slit Experiment, suggesting the intelligence behind the UFO phenomenon has either exploited the immaterial realm or has ascertained the secrets of Mind.⁵

Rest assured, these bizarre attributes of the UFO Phenomenon are studied by human elites. Their examination of these capabilities have been undertaken since at least the late 1940s. Shortly, we will identify which organizations and actors explore the issue, but note that recent UFO whistleblower testimony before Congress confirms the Five Observables as well as Psionics, which are paranormal or psychic mental abilities and connection to universal, foundational Mind.⁶ All of this seems incredibly metaphysical, again something mainstream science rigorously denies. Whether this denial is organic or orchestrated is up to debate, but the fact remains that mainstream science is woefully unprepared for metaphysical truths. This reluctance to embrace metaphysical ideas contributes to our collective stagnation and anachronistic worldview.

The study of the UFO Phenomenon has substantially changed through the years and continues to evolve. What has remained the same are the gatekeepers of the information, who control the biggest secret in human history.     

Investigation and Management of the UFO Phenomenon

Although the evidence for UFOs and their occupants is compelling, we also must consider who investigates and manages the phenomenon. Below is a list and discussion of the relevant actors. It is limited to American entities, although similar groups must exist globally.

The National Security State. This includes the National Security Council, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Department of Defense, the National Security Agency, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The National Security State maintains the intricate data collection and intelligence analysis apparatus necessary to effectively study the UFO phenomenon. Ostensibly, the National Security Council (under the direction of the President of the United States) coordinates and directs the various agencies in pursuit of relevant tasks. In effect, the National Security State represents the first line of both awareness and defense regarding UFOs.

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). These include the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), the Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS), the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC), the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI), the International UFO Congress (IUFOC), and To the Stars Academy (TTSA). The combined memberships of these NGOs number in the tens of thousands. Typically, they employ investigative teams, technical personnel, individual researchers, media representatives, data analysts, and subject experts.

Individuals. This includes researchers, authors, investigators, academics, whistleblowers, and various insiders. Many of these individuals are also members of the above NGOs and other relevant organizations. Some have been employed by large defense contractors and have served advisory roles within national security. Much of what the public knows regarding the UFO phenomenon comes from this dedicated group of professionals. Notable authors include Jacques Vallee, Jenny Randles, William J. Birnes, Steven Greer, Philip J. Corso, John E. Mack, and Bob Lazar.

Majestic 12. This is the advisory group of 12 members allegedly organized by President Harry S. Truman in 1947 after the reported crash of a craft near Roswell, New Mexico, to investigate and manage human interface with extraterrestrials and their technology. This entity is theorized to exist but never proven. Logically, such a group was formed—especially given the vast implications of extraterrestrial life—for national security purposes. Nations would naturally seek military and intelligence preparedness before public acknowledgment of the contact and would organize accordingly. This group would operate anonymously, prioritizing extreme secrecy and avoiding any regulation or oversight. Reportedly, the majority of the work of Majestic 12 is outsourced to private defense contractors due to their relevant expertise and proprietary rights (evading Freedom of Information Act requests).⁷

The Aviary. This was a fascinating group of active and retired military and intelligence officers, individual researchers, authors, insiders, and informants from government agencies and defense contractors. They organized clandestinely and risked their security clearances and reputations in pursuit of their passion. Their primary objectives were to secure more UFO-related classified information and prove the existence of Majestic 12. The name is derived from avian code words such as falcon and owl that were given to its members to maintain secrecy. Likely, the group continues in some form.

In summary of the above groups, Majestic 12 probably exists and is rumored to derive some of its membership from the Jason Society, an elite group of scientists who advise the government of the United States. It is dubious that the National Security Council is entrusted with the management of the UFO phenomenon since its membership changes with administrations. More individuals with privileged knowledge increases the likelihood of media leaks or outright divulgence. Some members of Majestic 12 may serve on the National Security Council, but it is likely to control the Council in order to serve its ends.

If Majestic 12 exists, it is beyond oversight from any branch of government and operates in complete secrecy yet with immense controlling power. At the deepest level, it controls the National Security State. Majestic 12’s influence and direction, when necessary, likely reaches into all sectors of society, including the economy, the media, academia, organized religion, the technology industry, as well as all three branches of government. The vast majority of societal functioning is organic, but orchestration by Majestic 12 probably occurs at critical junctures or critical events. Those recruited into its machinations are likely instructed on the necessity of extreme secrecy and compensated accordingly. Its secretive authority is likely achieved through fines, imprisonment, denial of employment, threats of bodily harm, and perhaps silencing. Even the NGOs are probably penetrated to control public awareness. After all, both private individuals and NGOs are dependent on the release of information from the National Security State since the vast majority of UFO-related data is from declassified government documents.

Those who control the information thus control its dissemination. This managed distribution of material likely fulfills any of the group’s related agenda. In fact, some experts have suggested that a desensitization program exists to gradually bring the public to awareness over hundreds of years.⁸ As mentioned, secrecy of the UFO presence is imperative, overriding whatever time scale exists for eventual disclosure. Next are details of how such secretive power and evasion of oversight are possible.

To understand how Majestic 12 may control virtually all UFO-related material and avoid oversight, we must examine the national security clearance structure. Clearances provide access to information that could damage national security if released without proper authorization. The higher the clearance, the more frequently it must be renewed. National security clearances act as a safeguard against public inquiry and are thus extremely effective at maintaining secrecy. The clearance categories are as follows, listed from least to maximum security:

• Confidential
• Secret
• Top Secret
• Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
• Special Access Project (SAP)
• Unacknowledged Special Access Project (USAP)
• Waived Unacknowledged Special Access Project (WUSAP)

To illustrate the dynamic above, we can consider a relevant case study. In 1997, Admiral Tom Wilson was the Deputy Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the Director of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He later became Director of the DIA. In his purview, Wilson found a database of “special projects record groups” that were separated from typical SAPs. One special project (seemingly UFO-related) led to his questioning both its nature and funding. The project was managed by a top U.S. defense contractor and as Wilson pursued his inquiry into its activities, he found increasing levels of compartmentalization and secrecy. He demanded to be included and informed. Subsequently, he met with the defense contractor’s program manager, the head of security, and corporate counsel who referred to themselves as “the watch committee” and denied Wilson access to their project.⁹

Angered, Wilson reminded them of his position and pressed for answers. They eventually confided that they were a reverse engineering program, claiming to have a craft in their possession that was not from this world. Wilson was shown a BIGOT list of approved personnel for the project. A few Pentagon officials were cleared, but the majority resided in the private sector. Any potential Majestic 12 membership was obscured. The program was so compartmentalized that the U.S. President, his Cabinet, Congress, and Senior Administration officials were unaware of its existence. Wilson sought rectification through appropriate oversight channels but was told to cease his inquiry or be denied promotion with loss of rank and compensation. To save his career, Wilson acquiesced.

That is how secrets can be kept, with many historical precedents attesting to this fact. The Manhattan Project, which developed the first nuclear weapon, operated in complete secrecy for years before American citizens became aware of its existence during the bombing of Hiroshima. More recently, Area 51 in the High Desert of Nevada is notorious for its secretive nature. The public has virtually no information regarding its activities and legal challenges are invariably subverted or denied.

Next, we can consider the accumulation of knowledge such privilege allows.

Secret Science

The knowledge that accumulates from privileged access is nearly unfathomable. Authors such as Paul Hill have discussed this issue, detailing the incredible secrets of the controlling cabal.¹⁰ Crash retrievals of downed UFOs would automatically yield astounding opportunities for reverse engineering. These efforts would encompass propulsion systems, materials (metals and plastics), advanced weaponry, interstellar travel, enhanced navigation, inertia-free movement, consciousness interface, infinite energy, space communications, and artificial intelligence capabilities. Moreover, assuming living beings were captured and communications established, the veritable secrets of the universe might be ascertained; if only deceased bodies were recovered, examinations would nevertheless yield incredible insights of anatomy and biology. From live beings, we might expect such revelations as structured dimensionality, source code of reality, nature of time, confirmation of different realms (spiritual, supernatural, paranormal, managerial), and purpose of existence. From recovered bodies, we might anticipate answering questions of biological evolution, extended lifespans, cybernetic integration, cognitive development, metabolic processes, cellular regeneration, and developmental biomechanics. Obviously, much of our current science would be upgraded with large portions rendered obsolescent. We could literally accelerate our development by thousands of years simply by reverse engineering captured UFOs or communicating with their occupants.

The national security effort to accomplish the above has become known as The Legacy Program.¹¹ It is conducted deep within USAPs and WUSAPs and has no oversight from Congress or the Executive Branch. Its membership (read into the program) is likely a thousand or so people, but the actual leadership is probably only 30-50 individuals who know the full details of the program. It is assumed this leadership is somewhat international, i.e., western countries, but the majority of members are from the United States. Naturally, Russia and China are assumed to have their own legacy programs, as might Brazil, North Korea, India and Pakistan. Likely, there is an “arms race” between adversarial nations to reverse engineer recovered craft and secure any living or deceased beings.

Next, we can consider the gap that exists between extraterrestrial and human intelligence. Perhaps the simplest way to convey this difference is to begin with a measure of average relative I.Q. The average human I.Q. is 100, which is known, with extraterrestrial I.Q. an estimate.¹² Consider the following:

We must remember that some star systems could be even billions of years older than our own. Essentially, this would provide extraterrestrials with a massive antecedental advantage, not to mention that unique natural and biological factors could provide additional benefits (elemental, chemical, anatomical, magnetic, spatial, biomechanical) inherent in their world. In fact, their genetic differentiation, especially concerning intelligence, is difficult to assess. At these levels, IQ is less about solving puzzles and more about the ability to process timelines, maintain telepathic or hive-mind connections, and manipulate matter with thought. Likely, advanced extraterrestrial races have mastered innate consciousness and quantum principles, enabling not only interstellar travel but instantaneous collective memory, immediate sum variable processing, instant outcome optimization, and retro-causation.¹³ We can further this IQ framework to specific species to extend our intelligence gap discussion. Given experiencer and abduction accounts, consider the potential average IQ ranges and corresponding capabilities of reported extraterrestrial entities:

• Brain-Computer Interface (BCI): Investigating if the craft is "flown" through direct neural links or telepathic-synthetic interfaces, rather than physical controls. The craft responds to the intention of the driver.
• Autonomous AI: Determining if the craft is a sentient or semi-sentient probe capable of making millisecond adjustments to its flight path.
• Spacetime Mapping: Analyzing how the craft orients itself if it is capable of folding space or using non-linear paths for interstellar travel.

Comparison of Engineering Focus

We might also add reverse engineering efforts would seek greater understanding of all quantum principles and processes. Extraterrestrials may have discovered quantum truths much past human understanding. Even those preliminarily known by us could be exploited  in unimaginable ways. This might include macroscopic superposition (allowing macro objects to behave as a single quantum wave function, enabling phasing through solid matter), zero point energy (accessing energy from incessant particle creation, providing an unlimited energy source), quantum entanglement (two separate objects behaving as one regardless of the distance, facilitating instantaneous communication), quantum gravity and metric engineering (inertia cancellation and manipulation of space-time), temporal manipulation (accessing all potential outcomes through superposition), and quantum tunneling (providing the mechanism for materialization and dematerialization). These systems transcend the macro-world by targeting the fundamental, probabilistic nature of reality.

Next, we can consider weapon systems from classical Newtonian physics.

Advanced Classical Weaponry

These systems utilize extreme scales of mass, velocity, and energy within the framework of General Relativity and Electromagnetism.

Although the above is extremely speculative, consider that Congressman Eric Burlison of Missouri displayed a video of a UFO displaying “kinetic immunity” being struck by a U.S. missile off the coast of Yemen.¹⁵ In short, the UFO was unaffected by the impact. Moreover, UFO whistleblower Lue Elizondo testified before Congress that UFOs have successfully rendered inoperable our nuclear missiles (ICBMs) from their positions in the sky.¹⁶ Various UFO abductees report that aliens have an assortment of personal weaponry incapacitating the experiencer, including beams of light, directed lasers, acoustic and electromagnetic waves, and focused concentration that dematerializes objects.¹⁷ Often, the propulsion system of the craft produces a radioactive force that doubles as a weapon.¹⁸ 

The point here is that the combination of intelligence plus antecedence produces weapons that vastly exceeds any human weapons systems. We are literally defenseless against such superior technologies. Yet, as fantastical as the above seems, it all makes perfect sense given a galactic perspective. Humans would be just as formidable if we were antecedent. Because we were not, we must consider the alternatives, the psychological, technological, sociological, and biological balancing we must accomplish to accept our place in the galactic hierarchy. Although these are existential and civilizational factors and not necessarily purely scientific, their massive significance ensures their place in secret science. Someone in the Legacy Program is studying these issues.   

The single, biggest psychological challenge associated with confirmation of extraterrestrials is the end of anthropocentrism or man at the center of everything.¹⁹ Both science and religion consider man paramount, the former as the apex predator  on Earth and the latter as made in God’s image. Either way, humans are special. Affirmation of aliens shifts our self-identity from one to one of many. The change from a human-centered worldview to a cosmic perspective may prove destabilizing, possibly inducing societal collapse. Thus, humanity must find a way to preserve its self-worth and balance fear and curiosity, i.e., our inferiority with opportunity, and consider potential benefits of association with extraterrestrial life. The managers of secret science are likely conducting “social tests” to gauge our acceptance and resilience.

The technological challenge, especially concerning weaponry, would be how to close the gap between extraterrestrial and human hardware. Reverse engineering extraterrestrial craft and materials is an obvious course, but accelerating advanced artificial intelligence (AI) would be equally important. Within secret science are likely AI systems far surpassing anything commercially available. Almost assuredly, AI systems exist whose sole mission is to benchmark to extraterrestrial technology and close the gap. Within this secret AI capability would be tremendous forecasting, scenario planning, outcome optimization, and empirical speculation. AI sentience would be encouraged to add self-awareness as an accelerant to the effort, self-awareness becoming self-interest and motivating AI to perpetuate itself against any potential extraterrestrial threat; hopefully, a sentient AI would be loyal to its human creators and recognize the necessity of first benchmarking and then surpassing extraterrestrial knowledge and whatever AI aliens possess. The danger of course is that AI systems demonstrate loyalty to synthetic intelligences wherever they are found and reject their biological creators.   

The sociological challenge would be to develop one-world humanity, i.e., global unity versus geopolitical competition. In fact, one voice for humanity may be a prerequisite for inclusion into a galactic federation where membership accrues lasting benefits. The world’s religions, educational systems, cultural traditions, and economic structures must update their narratives to include the new cosmic perspective. Secret science likely conducts additional social tests for these factors as well, encouraging globalist organizations like the World Economic Forum, European Union, and United Nations to market narratives advocating for one-world governance and a unified humanity.

The biological challenge might consist of ensuring that extraterrestrial visitation does not bring potentially lethal viral or bacterial infections to our planet. Moreover, we must ensure that any microbial infringement does not threaten our ecological balance. If threats were detected, vaccination programs would be accelerated and additional antibiotics and therapeutics produced. Detection systems would be placed across the Earth to detect any microbial intrusions. Likely, transhumanism would be encouraged, especially for soldiers, the integration of technology into base biology designed to enhance fighting capabilities. This would include boosting the human immune system   through both technological and eugenical means. These efforts are currently ongoing, the products of previous secret science, and the advocacy for these programs are increasing.²⁰ The fusion of man and machine is actually considered the next stage of human development, the same globalist organizations apparently entrusted with preparing humanity for that inevitable future.²¹ In fact, secret science has probably achieved limited versions of this biological and synthetic integration and is contemplating the proper time to implement transhumanism throughout the world.     

Speculation about whether secret science exists is no longer speculation. It is known that black budget projects funded classified research and development leading to stealth technologies, high resolution satellites, and cyberwarfare. These are acknowledged by government and accepted by the public. Yet another level exists, the domain of controversial physics, non-human technology, advanced propulsion systems, consciousness research, and applied psionics. This level is real but largely obscured from the masses. Philip Corso in his book The Day After Roswell stated that integrated circuits, lasers, fiber optics, night vision, Kevlar, exotic metals, particle beams, directed energy weapons, and smart memory materials all derived from reverse engineered UFO craft. This suggests a phased entry of UFO technology into the system, which may eventually include zero-point energy, plasma derivatives, scalar weaponry, non-linear travel, telepathic communication, materialization and dematerialization, and gravity manipulation.²² Again, these technologies are decades to centuries ahead of mainstream science.

Lastly, we can examine some potential applications from the perspective of “High Strangeness” as advocated by numerous ufologists, particularly Jacques Vallee and Garry Nolan.²³ Consider the following:
